Robert R. Danecki earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1992. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

John’s practice primarily focuses on consumer bankruptcy including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, foreclosure defense, garnishments, repossessions, and bankruptcy litigation. His previous experience includes counseling financial institutions and mortgage servicers on matters related to bankruptcy, foreclosures, evictions, commercial litigation, and title defects.
