Robert R. Danecki earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1992. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

While in law school, Josh served as Executive Editor on the founding Editorial Board of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service and was a member of the Moot Court board. Josh is a graduate of the Donaghey Scholars Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2009.
